
This month we are excited to feature Ken Chao, one of our dedicated Service Advisors as our Employee Spotlight! Ken has been with West Coast Nissan for just over 9 months; however, his journey in the automotive industry started about 2 years ago. Since joining the team, Ken has impressed both customers and colleagues with his commitment to delivery exceptional service. His passion for learning more about automotive fundamentals and staying up tp date with the latest vehicles truly sets him apart!
“I love helping customers better understand their vehicles and ensuring they have a great experience in our service department.” Ken shared.
Outside of work, Ken enjoys spending quality time with his girlfriend as well as exploring new, exciting restaurants. When he’s not enjoying the local food scene, he’s planning a memorable trip to China to visit his family!
